Eurasian Media Forum seeks for volunteers
Volunteers will be recruited on a competitive basis.
The scope of responsibilities of the group of volunteers includes, but is not limited to:
- assisting with preparation of conference documents, hand-out materials, bags, etc.
- accompanying/assisting Forum guests
- working with journalists at the Conference Press Centre
- registration of delegates
- meeting delegates at the airport, assisting with visa/customs control procedures
- assisting to Producers during conference sessions (handling microphones, technical control)
Requirements to candidates:
- Fluent English
- Strong communication skills
- Good general understanding of today’s international situation and development tendencies
- Knowledge of history, culture, traditions and contemporary role of Kazakhstan in the world community
- Highly responsible
- Ready to work under pressure and late hours
