It is a real pleasure to welcome you to the 4th Eurasian Media Forum!

From the very beginning the Forum has become a really unique event bridging the gap between various cultures and ideologies of the world by bringing together journalists, politicians, and public figures from all over the world. The contribution the forum might make to integration in our region is more than significant.

It is delightful to know that the holding of such a forum here in Almaty is becoming traditional. It is a great privilege for us to host in our city such a significant event bringing together so many authoritative politicians, scientists and culture figures.

I am confident that the present forum will give another push to the development of the media market, take consolidation in Eurasian continent to a new level and find a path to new ideas. In turn, they will lead to real action.
