Dear friends!
I'm truly delighted to greet all participants and guests of the third Eurasian Media Forum in Almaty - one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Hosting this prestigious Forum in the hospitable land of Kazakhstan has become a very good tradition. I'm sure, it will once again become the place for collaborative dialogue on better interaction between East and West, the place for debates on the role of the mass media in the modern world.
"Kazakhstan step by step is creating the environment for development of truly democratic mass media", that was the view outlined by the Head of our State Nursultan Nazarbayev at the second Eurasian Media Forum. I believe that the leaders of the world media community will significantly contribute to strengthening intergovernmental relations, widening economical and cultural co-operation, and promoting common human values.
I wish all participants of the third Eurasian Media Forum fruitful discussions, good luck and new artistic achievements!
