The International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (International Television Academy) is pleased to participate once again in the 2003 Eurasian Media Forum.

The International TV Academy salutes the Eurasian Media Forum for its goal of facilitating the professional development of Eurasian Media and promoting international understanding of both regional and global issues. During this time of war and international conflict, it is important that media executives, journalists, producers, politicians, and academics have a forum to discuss freely and openly the many critical issues confronting the media.

We look forward to the 2003 Eurasian Media Forum and the continuing growth and professional development of the television medium in this important region.
